Carolina Copper Creations

First of all, I would like to give all thanks to God. He is my Savior, and he is the one by whom my ideas are supplied. My designs come from the greatest artist of all time!

How This Art Began....
I got started in copper work when my wife began thinking about decorating a table for a themed-dinner at church. She wanted to do a water-garden theme so I told her that I would make her a copper water fountain with everything a pond would contain. From that promise, I set out to create cattails, lily pads with lilies, and even a dragonfly!

Two agonizing weeks later, the creation had come to life - so to speak. It took a dozen-plus days to create the vision - and that was working on it every spare moment I could find. I even took two days off of "My Real, Everyday-Life Job" to complete this piece by the deadline!

What I had not expected was that I found joy and satisfaction in every (well, almost every) moment spent in the studio. Certainly there were some frustrating times but the creative energy took over when determination seemed ready to fail.

The night of the dinner quickly rolled around and as soon as the fountain was set up, workers and dinner guests began to comment. Everyone wanted to know where my wife had found this copper creation. To my astonishment, everyone wanted to know where to get this piece.

And the rest, as they say, is history. From a promise to my wife to a studio we now call Carolina Copper Creations.

I must thank my wife and kids for all of their support and understanding. This work has taken much time away from them and for their patience I am grateful.

I would also like to thank my brother-in-law, Martin, the founder of The Image Forge. He has helped me get Carolina Copper Creations designed and started.

Thank you for visiting our site and supporting me through your kind words, and support!
May God Bless You All!
